Access to your Personal Information

If you wish to view any personal information we may hold about you, please put your request in writing to Digital Pro at our postal address. If you wish to amend any such information, because it is out of date or incorrect, or if you wish your personal information to be deleted from our database, please write to us at the same address.

Financial Information

All account and billing information received by Digital Pro will be used for the sole purpose of processing the order it pertains to. All credit card and payment information will be stored in a secure location and will be subsequently destroyed in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988.

Special Effect Videos

Digital Pro does not hold any footage taken of the children that it films at Child Care Centres or Schools. The original and only copy is sent home to parents. Any returned videos, which are not purchased, are deleted in compliance with the Privacy Act 1988.

Security

Digital Pro uses all reasonable endeavours to keep secure any personal information that we hold about you, and to keep this information accurate and up to date. Your personal information is stored behind industry standard firewalls and, where applicable, is protected by user names and passwords.
